If you don’t know who or what you are, and can’t truly identify anyone else until they “Tell” you who or what they are, you are handicapping your own intellect in a strange and troubling way. To ignore a premise that cannot possibly support a given conclusion is an insurmountable barricade to the ability to logically reason.
Reason integrates man’s perceptions by means of forming abstractions or conceptions, thus raising man’s knowledge from the perceptual level, which he shares with animals, to the conceptual level, which he alone can reach. The method which reason employs in this process is logic—and logic is the art of non-contradictory identification.
The closing question is also my question, “Why?”
